Breakfast Smoothies

Hi,

I don't like to eat breakfast but my Aunt Gayle bought me a mini blender so I can make smoothies in the morning before I go to school. They tell me breakfast is the most important meal of the day. So since it's so important, I decided I'd have a Cereal smoothie in the morning.

First you need your favorite frozen fruit, I like mangos.
Than some milk, whole grain cereal like cheerio's or mini wheats would do
Lots of Ice, I cheat and put a little sugar in mine. Put it in the blender and let it go. And than you have a breakfast smoothie. You can put what you want in it. I don't like to much in mine. It might be a little thicker than usual because of the cereal but the cereal gives you substance that's what my mom says.
